Ingredients          FATTICS 80 PAU                                       : 24.0%

                            面粉Flour                                                  : 25.0%

                            黄原胶Xanthan gum                                  : 0.3%

                            脱脂奶粉Skimmed milk Powder                 : 3.0%

                            砂糖Sugar                                                  : 15.6%

                            泡打粉Baking Powder                                : 0.6%

                            香草糖Vanilla Sugar                                    : 0.9%

                            全蛋Egg                                                    : 20.0%

                            Water                                                     : 10.6%

                            香精Flavouring                                           : 适量

                            色素Colouring agent                                   : 适量

 

                           

 

 

加工工艺           

Preparation          - 将所有配料混合成粉。Make a dry blend of the ingredients

                            - 将水和蛋加入到混合粉料中。Water (103,35g) and the eggs (195,0g) are added to the dry mix (676,65g)

                            - 高速搅拌3分钟。Mix for 3 minutes at high speed

                      - 注入模具或托盘中Fill in trays

                      - 190度焙烤20分钟。Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes
